About Us

My name is Lori Accornero and I am a Fitness Instructor, Business Owner, Coach, Teacher, Wife, Mother, Chauffer, Chef, House-Keeper, and more. I wear many different hats – just like many of you! I am a retired Police Officer and have been into fitness all my life.  I have been a Fitness Instructor for over 3 years and love every minute of it! I love knowing I am helping others look and feel amazing, helping them feel more confident,  and self worth – because you are worth it.

 I know how difficult it can be to find time to take care of “you“. That’s why at Team Mix Fit, we have designed our fun, energetic, inspiring and invigorating classes for all fitness levels with a variety of classes through-out the day and evening, starting as early as 5:30am – 7:30 pm.

It’s time for you to Mix it up, get healthy, fit and stronger, for you – so you can be there for them. We pride ourselves on working together as a team and helping each other reach our goals. Now is the time to take that first step forward to living a healthier, happier life style.

My favorite class is the one that makes you smile, sweat, groan and pushes your further then you would have done on your own! I am here to support you, guide you and encourage you to go for it, because you are worth it!

I love the tears, smiles and sweat I see on everyone’s faces when they see & feel the positive changes we are asking in their bodies & mind.

   My name is Andrea Furber Card and I am a fitness instructor, a production manager at a local winery, a mother, a wife, a friend, a soccer player and oh yeah, I compete professionally in Lumberjack Sports. Physicality in my everyday life is important to me.  I want to be around to watch my daughter grow up and I want to be able to participate in everything that I can as we both get older.

Movement in my daily life is so crucial to staying healthy not just of my body but of my mind. I want to see you push yourself not for anyone else other than yourself – I’ll be there too, giving my all. There is so much satisfaction that any individual can obtain by conquering something new, may it be working out 3 times in a week , finally being able to do a full pushup or pushing  to finish running races.

We have quite a community building come and be a part of it!



I truly believe fitness is a lifestyle. It is not something that changes overnight.  It is a physical, spiritual and emotional state of well-being that one must continually develop and learn.

I have been into fitness my whole life and am always eager to try the next “new” thing. In 2012, determined to take my physical ability to the next level, I took a R.I.P.P.E.D. class and instantly fell in love with the results. For me, R.I.P.P.E.D. isn’t just another fad – it’s my mantra. In February 2013, I became a certified R.I.P.P.E.D instructor and enjoy teaching and inspiring others.

I was born and raised in Healdsburg, CA, and currently reside in Santa Rosa, CA with my husband and two doggies – Meika and Odie. I can often be found playing indoor soccer, running 10K’s and rock crawling. I enjoy traveling with my husband and am known for never passing up a good time with friends.



My name is Bethany Harrison and I am extremely passionate about fitness and nutrition. A healthy lifestyle needs to be a well-rounded one consisting of balanced foods, physical activity, and a positive mental mindset. I love seeing people meet their goals and realize that a balanced lifestyle is key to achieving those goals.

Throughout the years I have discovered that listening to your body is another key component. Though it is important to push yourself and break out of your comfort zone, it’s also important to do that in a safe way to prevent injury. Unfortunately, I learned that lesson the hard way and now I strive to find exercises to help individuals keep trucking forward minus pain and injury. I love staying on top of the latest fitness trends to keep your body challenged.

I’ve been teaching fitness since 2005 where I started teaching a fitness version of Krav Maga in Austin, Texas. I taught at a Krav Maga studio and a kickboxing/Muay Thai gym throughout my 10 years in Austin. I’ve recently relocated to Santa Rosa for my husband’s job and I am happy to have found such a friendly welcoming environment at Team Mix Fit.
