Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, I’ve done a wide range of activities: basketball, martial arts, running… you name it! I took my love for fitness and became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. After discovering yoga I realized why I kept coming back for more each day. Incorporating yoga into my other fitness routines drastically improved my athletic performance. But other than the physical benefits that come from a consistent practice, it kept me joyful and grounded. Inspired by this discovery, I realized that yoga is my life’s passion. I took my 200-hour yoga teacher training at the Dhyana Center in Sebastopol, California so I could have the opportunity to share my passion with others.
Through a series of poses, breathing techniques, and meditation, my yoga classes help build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. I guide people on their own journey of self-discovery through cultivating peace, joy, and compassion that they can bring off their mats and into their lives. All levels are welcome.
Fun fact: I love to make art (draw/paint/collage), and write stories!
