Class Schedule:

Tuesday & Thursdays at 5:30 – 6:30am

Thursdays at 9:00-10:00am

RIPPED encompasses all aspects of physical fitness. This class is filled with High energy, power & strength building, cardio and endurance. Fun & energetic music along with Lori’s high energy is sure to keep you motivated. The average calories burned in each class range from 700-1,000. Please bring towel and water to each class and be ready to sweat! You will earn it. RIPPED the one stop body shop!

Modifications are given for all fitness levels.

Intensity Level
