Class Schedule:

Monday – Thursday 5:20 – 6:20am

Monday – Wednesday 9 – 10am

Friday’s 9:00-10:00am

This high energy class is never the same twice! What a great way to start your day or release your daily stress at the end of your night! Each class  consist of helping build strong cardio endurance, strength and confidence. Some days you may experience bag work, free weights, circuit training, resistance bands, balance & agility, or game days. You never know what your amazing instructor has planned for your class that day. By keeping each class different, your body will not get used to one work-out and become stagnant. We are here to help you reach your fitness goals! We do promise to bring fun music, positive energy and lots of motivation to each class. Modifications given for all fitness levels. Be ready to burn crazy calories, have fun, increase your metabolism, and leaving felling great! Bring water and a towel and be ready to sweat!
