Rise & Shine Morning Workouts

These early morning work outs are sure to get your heart pumping, your muscles’s toned and your energy up! This is a great way to start your day and put an extra bounce in your step. These fun and energetic classes are offered Monday – Friday. Classes from 5:30-6:30 am. 2 days are Fitness Kickboxing/Circuit training, 2 days are RIPPED, and 1 Core/Strength class on Fridays
