Hula Hoop Fitness Class
Join us for Hula Hoop Fitness Fun! This Hula Hoop Class will help you burn calories fast, firm & trim abs & waist, define your arms, shoulders and back – this is a total body workout! Expect to laugh and have a great time! If you have your own weighted Hula Hoop – feel free to bring yours.
Classes are Thursdays 9-10am (See additional classes under Class Schedule)
